Home movies and George Eastman’s legacy celebrated on CBS Sunday Morning

In February, David Turecamo, a reporter from CBS Sunday Morning produced a story on home movies, including an interview with CHM board member Skip Elsheimer. Skip happened to be doing a Home Movie Day at the time, so a camera crew from a local North Carolina station shot footage at his event at the Durham County Library. Bringing the importance of home movies into focus aired on Sunday, September 6th. It tells the story of how Kodak made home movies a central part of family life, and highlights them as important cultural artifacts. Watch it here.

A very special thank you to reporter David Turecamo and CBS Sunday Morning for bringing home movies to the national stage.
